2. Get a Pre-Approval Letter from a Mornington Estates Preferred Lender
You will need an approval letter from one of our preferred lenders and using a Mornington Estates preferred lender is a streamlined process that will allow you to close on time!

3. Submit your Purchase Offer
One of our agents will notify you that a finished inventory home has been listed and you will have 5 days to submit a purchase offer. Mornington Estates will select the highest and best offer at the conclusion of the 5-day period.
